In Store Refunds & exchanges
Goods purchased in store & returned for refund, exchange or credit are subject to the following criteria:
Change of mind:
If you change your mind on goods purchased in store, you can return any product purchased from us within 28 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or store credit / vouchers of equivalent value. For returns to be accepted, they must be un-opended, in their original condition and accompanied with proof of purchase (sales receipt) All in-store purchases are supplied with a receipt unless rejected by the customer, we may be able to accept other proof of purchase such as a bank statement in the event you do not have your receipt.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on soft toys or costume items.
Faulty Items
We are committed to honouring our obligations under Irish Consumer Law. This means you can choose a refund or replacement if a product has a major problem. All items returned as faulty are subject to investigation to determine the fault before we can proceed. We take all faults extremely seriously and we may ask that you leave your contact details and the item with us so we can determine the fault properly.
Please note that we will also require all original packaging and instructions to complete our investigation.
Goods that are subject to return / refund are where the product:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it;
- Is not of acceptable quality or unsafe;
- Is not fit for purpose;
- Is significantly different from the sample or description;
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase (e.g. your receipt).
We may need to return a product to the manufacturer to have a product assessed to determine the nature of the problem. There may be delays between 1-4 weeks when seeking assistance from suppliers or manufacturers.
