FAQ's
When can I expect my delivery?
- Deliveries are currently sent via our chosen courier An Post. Delivery is generally between 1-3 working days but delays may occur and we recommend ordering well in advance of an birthday / event or celebration to avoid any disappointment!
- End of November & December, delivery can generally take 5-7 working days due to the increased volume in the An Post network.
- Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped that same day and same day fulfillment generally applies!
What way will my order arrive?
- We recycle all our boxes! Your order will generally arrive in a Lego box with a shipping label. We try to ship all orders in the most generic packaging to avoid spoilers for little ones!
